Should you wish to appeal this Parking Charge Notice you have 28 days from the date of issue to do so. The charge will be held whilst the appeal is being heard. Your appeal will be acknowledged and you will be sent a reply within 28 days of us receiving it. Please note the period of parking for which the charge relates is the period immediately proceeding the time of issue. All appeals are dealt with the Atlas Appeals Team. If you have appealed within 28 day time limit and your appeal is rejected you can request that the decision is reviewed by the Independent Appeals Service POPLA. Details of how to do so can be found at www.popla.co.uk. If your appeal is not upheld and / or you still fail to pay the PCN then we will pass it to a debt recovery company where further charges may be incurred.
